There are several lookout points on Marjan, most of which were constructed from 1921, in the period when roads and lookout points were built on Marjan.
The observatory at Sedlo will soon be completely replaced and adapted to meet the needs of sustainable and modern tourism. The new observatory will become one of Split’s tourist attractions, with an exceptional view of the central Dalmatian islands and the entire Kaštel Bay. It will be accessible to people with disabilities and will feature numerous educational elements.
